Seiichi Okutomi, a council member, posted about a loud rave event in Kami Mine, where over 100 people gathered to play music loudly. Complaints from neighbors were received by local politicians, including Sugi and Matsuura. Despite negotiations with the police, the noise continued. In a related incident, Kurdish residents caused a disturbance with a barbecue in a residential area causing more trouble. The community is divided on how to handle such multicultural events, with some suggesting more tolerance while others calling for appropriate actions. Comments online express concerns about noise pollution and the need for proper solutions.
